Welcome to Fourth Grade at Ballenger Creek. I am Frances Yolch and this is my eleventh year of teaching Fourth Grade at BCES. I have had the experience and pleasure of teaching in several different states and at several different grade levels. I have found I always enjoy the grade I am currently teaching. Fourth graders are curious and interested in a variety of subjects and I enjoy exploring all of these areas with them. My husband and I enjoy living in Maryland. It is certainly warmer than where we last lived, Minnesota!
