My name is Jen Laggini and I am a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at Kemptown Elementary School three days a week and Urbana Elementary School two days a week.  This is my seventh year as an SLP for Kemptown and for Frederick County Public Schools.  I am a native of Frederick County and I received both my bachelors degree and my masters degree in speech-language pathology at Towson University.  I also currently hold the national Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) and a Maryland License in the area of Speech-Language Pathology.
