Hello!  My name is Kathleen Harper, and welcome to my Home page.

I began teaching in Frederick County in 1984.  I hold an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and History.  I also earned a Masters degree in Elementary Education from Mount Saint Mary's University.  I have taken many additional classes to earn a "60 hours" certificate.

I taught at Valley Elementary School for 7 years before coming to BCES in 1991.  My experience varies from grades 3-8.

My career in teaching has been most rewarding.  I look forward to working with your child this year.
