Welcome to Spring Ridge Elementary School!!

My name is Laura Gilmer and I am the school support teacher and a 4th grade math teacher here at Spring Ridge Elementary School.

A school support teacher works with students who need additional support to be successful in the classroom.  I run several groups throughout the year that focus on anger management, social skills and handeling stress. 

I also work with students who have behavior cards or incentive plans.  It is always a great idea to reward for positive behavior rather than punish for negative behavior.
