Linda McLane, Teacher, Kemptown Elementary School: Contact
Home

Hello.  My name is Mrs. McLane.   Kemptown is very special to me. I first started working here as a volunteer, then a special education assistant.  I have been the Learning/Language Support teacher for the past ten years. I work with students in grades 3 through 5 in a multisensory phonics and liquistic instruction.  This year I will also be part of the Reading Team and assist with reading intervention.

I have been married for twenty five years.  I have four children, two with two legs and two with four legs. This summer a kitten "adopted" my family.  Both of my daughters attended KES.  My oldest daughter goes to FCC and my youngest is active at Urbana High. GO HAWKS.   We are usually in the car going to school and church activities, dance, poms or Girl Scouts.  If I get some spare time, I enjoy reading and doing cross-stitching.

I received my BA in elementary education from Towson State and my  Masters in reading from Hood.  I taught second and third grade in Montgomery County for seven years before coming to Kemptown.

Thank you for visiting my web site.
