Listed below are the fitness standards for GIRLS of each grade level (excluding Kindergarten) and what they should be able to perform if tested.  The rubric scale indicates the following:

4-Outstanding     3-Healthy Fit     2-Room for Development     1-Needs Improvement

First Grade
