Coach Mathis:

My name is Mike Mathis, and I am one of three Physical Education teachers here at Walkersville Elementary. I am currently in my 10th year as a teacher in Frederick County, and this is my fourth year at WES. I am also the Head Girls Basketball Coach at Walkersville High School. My family (wife, two children) lives in Walkersville, and I really enjoy teaching in the Community.
