Hi, my name is Patty Lockard and I am the Targeted Intervention teacher at Kemptown Elementary School.  I have been teaching in Frederick County for fifteen years and this is my second year at Kemptown.  I am married and have two boys.  Braden will be a first grader this year and James will be attending preschool.  We also have a dog named Jake.
