Hello! Welcome to my web page. I love teaching at BCES- so much that I have been here since the school opened in 1991. But I do have another life outside of school! I live in Jefferson, Maryland with my husband, David. I have two children who are are grown. My son, Joe, lives in Ohio and is a music fanatic, although he and I do not usually listen and like the same kinds of music! My daughter, Caty, is a sociology major in her senior year at Hood College and she also is a server at Barley and Hops Restaurant in Frederick.We have a special member in our household- our toy poodle, Cole. He is king of the household ! In my spare time outside of school, I like to workout, read, watch movies and sing (of course!) I am also the music director at Buckeystown United Methodist where I direct the adult choir, children's choir and play all of the music. I have been singing and playing piano most of my life and plan on doing that until I can't go any longer!
