 Welcome back to another school year. My name is Sarah Palmer.  I am the new Physical Education Teacher at Emmitsburg Elementary School.  I have taught Physical Education in Caroll County for the past nine years.  I am very excited to be teaching in Frederick County and at Emmitsburg Elementary.

During physical education classes this year, students will participate in a variety of activities that will emphasize fitness for life.  Some of the units in physical education class this year will be soccer, football, volleyball, lacrosse, track and field, basketball and magic club.
