3) Who authorizes the use of waterboarding?
4) Is waterboarding legal/constitutional or is it considered torture.
5) Research and describe where Congressman Roscoe Bartlett stands on waterboarding?
6) Where does President Bush stand on the use of waterboarding?
You must cite your references for credit and answer all 6 questions.
Don't forget to cite your sources. Practice citing them as you will for college, citing the exact web address. "www.wikipedia.org" for example, is not a valid citation.
