     Welcome to the 6th grade Special Education Website.  This page will be updated periodically to keep parents and students up to date on 6th grade at Urbana Middle School.  For classroom homework please see the general education classroom teacher.  Also, please encourage your student to write all assignments in their planner.

What's Going On?

     MSAs are finished and we are moving into our final phase of the 2008-2009 school year.  There is still a lot of work to do, so please help us by reminding your students to stay focused and do their best everyday.

Supplies:

Mr. Weaver -  2 plastic folders with tabs for attaching papers, pencils, lots of loose leaf or graph paper for assignments

Mrs. Pearre-Journal, folder

Please make sure your student has an adequate supply of paper and writing utensils.

Long Term Projects

Reading Log every night, at least 120 minutes per week.

Look for flyers about summer programs, they should be coming home with your students.
